Abbey Folsom, MS

Abbey Folsom, MS, Program Coordinator graduated from FSU College of Human Sciences, Department of Nutrition, Food and Exercise Science with her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nutrition and Food Science. Currently Ms. Folsom assists with development of protocols, materials, grant proposals; data collection, entry, and analysis; and other regulatory duties as assigned. Her unique life experiences as a professional with disabilities and her practice as a clinical nutritionist informs her perspective on research.
